The owner, Bob Ulmer, is a 30-plus years Marin resident with over 20 years of experience managing corporate projects with tight timeframes. Bob is also a state-commissioned notary public and has completed training as a loan signing agent. He is entirely “mobile” and will come to your home or place of business.
